Amazing massage by Chris! My beau gifted me massage with Chris who has magic fingers. Quite possibly the best massage ever...didn't want it to end. Cannot wait to return.
He loves the Reformer Pilates classes and had four classes that he loved.

My partner & I came up to Tahoe for a late winter visit & stumbled upon this new studio that recently opened up - The Sanctuary. We booked massages with Kris & went to a couple of yoga classes. We couldn't have been happier with our experience there. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and any stress you may have had before you arrived, quickly dissolves the moment you walk through the door. The yoga classes were a perfect blend of challenge & relaxation and the music was fantastic. Next time we are up, we would love to try Pilates - we will be first-timers, but we met one of the teachers & she seemed very knowledgable & experienced, which made us feel comfortable to give it a go!
